The Worst Experience Ever of a Patient relative

The conversation is in Twi a Ghanaian language, copyright: Asempa fm 94.7 Ghana.
"The Neurosurgeon said my brother had a brain tumour and he needs an emergency surgery. He told me there are many patients scheduled on our list and if you want me to help him as soon as possible, you have to pay Ghs 40,000.00, equivalent to $ 6,500.00. After paying him 70% , he delay for more than two weeks and complained of no surgical gloves and a dril for the procedure....finally, after the surgery my brother died".
His brother died as a result of complications such as thrombosis and improper management of tracheostomy's cannula.
